From the main bookstore landing page: https://bookstore.cocc.edu/ find My Account on the navigation bar, and log in to your bookstore Customer Account:

You must be logged-in to your bookstore account with your [email protected] student email address to access digital material you purchase.

First-time log in? Use your Student ID (820******) number as your password.

Your in-store receipt or the Your Digital Purchase email will include the digital provider and, if applicable, the redemption code. Some titles will appear automatically in your digital library, while others may require you to redeem them using the instructions below.

After Log-In:

Click on, Activate and Access Digital Material

This will bring you to your Digital Course Material page along with Your Digital Shelf:

If you received a Redemption Code via in-store receipt or email, please select: Click here to activate a redemption code.

Note: Not all eBooks purchased online will send a redemption code. Some will automatically appear in Your Digital Shelf.

If an icon shows 'Image Not Available,' don’t worry, the product is still there. Simply click the icon to open the reader or to continue with redemption instructions to access your eBook.*

Once you have chosen the Provider - VitalSource, enter the Redemption Code (sometimes called Card Number) that was printed on your in-store receipt, or in Your Digital Purchase email.

After redeeming your Digital Material with these steps, your title should now appear in ‘Your Digital Shelf.’ Click the image to open the reader or, if additional redemption is required, follow the prompts. Some courseware may open a popup linking you to the publisher’s site where you can complete the redemption process and access your title and any associated software.

*Note: Some digital material includes Courseware which must be connected to your instructor’s course by links or a course key, usually via CANVAS. Ask your instructor if you can’t find a link or key to connect those products.
